The DAUTI process consists of several stages, with all the details being always thought out in detail and thus guaranteeing a complete and personalized service.
The first step of our program is a dedicated initial consultation for each client. Through an exclusive meeting, we seek to understand the business concept, its specific needs, and the final outcome it aims to achieve.
Based on this analysis, our team presents proposals and possible paths tailored to each client's goals.
After the initial consultation, the DAUTI team — made up of professionals with over 25 years of experience — defines a concept and moves forward to create a unique, creative proposal. This proposal takes into account the client's line of business, the most suitable composition for each specific role, and current trends.
Every piece is exclusive to DAUTI, with a brand label on both the inside and outside, and can also be customized with an internal label identifying the client's own company. The final result guarantees a uniform with an attractive design that also stays true to the client's identity.
The proposal is presented to the client for review. If any element isn't quite right, the project is revised. Once the final proposal is approved, our team produces a real sample so the client can see and feel it in person.
To ensure a perfect fit for every employee, we provide a free sizing kit and guide, along with a loanable measurement kit based on our standard sizes — allowing us to accurately collect the exact measurements of the entire team before production begins.
Once the client approves the sample, we move forward with manufacturing the uniforms in the required quantities, using the best machinery and textile professionals in the industry. Each uniform is produced in the right size for every employee, with exact measurements, ensuring a product tailored to fit.
Our in-house production in Portugal allows us to fully control every stage of the process, guaranteeing quality, complete traceability, and flexibility — with no minimum order quantity required. We also guarantee model availability for a minimum of 3 years, ensuring consistent team image over time.
Once production is complete, every piece goes through quality control to ensure all units meet the required standards.
Beyond production, we offer stock management at our warehouse if desired, along with dedicated support from an exclusive account manager who follows each order closely and personally. We guarantee delivery within 45 business days, except in cases of stock shortage, and provide a care manual to promote the durability and proper maintenance of the uniforms, complemented by a technical visit with specialized consultancy on laundry care.
Logistics and distribution are handled according to each client's goals and convenience, with national and international shipping available, and free transport for orders above €500.
